Devin is the lead developer of the team. He grew up poor in the city of Rotomorum. In his freetime he participates in underground boxing tournaments. Recently, he has qualified for the finals, so he had his arms replaced with cybernetic ones to gain an upper hand. He isn't the best leader, often thinking he can get things done by himself or charging headfirst at problems without thinking. His best friend Levi seems like the only person who can tolerate him.
